Get Your Rebate Form
Pick up a printed form at our shop, or ask us to email you the official manufacturer form for your qualifying purchase.

Fill It Out & Attach Your Receipt
Complete the form with your contact and tire details, and attach a copy of your itemized Kerle Tire invoice.
3
Mail Before the Deadline
Send your completed form and receipt to the address printed on the form before the submission deadline. Most rebates arrive in 6–8 weeks.
